Payment information. CrewBuilt does not store full payment-card numbers. Future payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment processor. CrewBuilt may receive transaction status, customer identifiers, billing contact information, and limited payment metadata from that processor for order management, subscription administration, tax, fraud prevention, and support.

To build and maintain your website, CrewBuilt may use information from:

• Authorized business listings
• Google Business Profile or similar public listings

• Other sources you identify or authorize

You are responsible for ensuring that CrewBuilt is permitted to use content you submit or authorize us to reference, including photographs, logos, testimonials, and third-party materials.

Visitors to hosted customer websites may submit quote-request information, which can include:

• Sent to the applicable CrewBuilt customer (the contractor business that owns the website)

• Delivered by email as a backup

Once a lead has been delivered, the applicable contractor business is responsible for its own handling of that information, including its own privacy obligations to the person who submitted the form.
