$497 today. That single charge covers the initial website build and the first month of the Care Plan.
The full initial website build (design, content, standard pages, lead form, click-to-call, and launch) plus the first month of the Care Plan that keeps everything running.
It keeps the site online and operating: hosting, lead-alert texts, backup lead emails, form processing, technical maintenance, security and infrastructure, and small updates.
Yes. While CrewBuilt hosts and operates the site, the Care Plan is required — it is what keeps the website running and the leads flowing.
The website runs on live systems: hosting, lead notifications, backup email delivery, form processing, security, and ongoing maintenance. The Care Plan covers those systems and small ongoing updates.
Yes. The first month of the Care Plan is included in the $497. $30/month begins after that.
Not for anything in the standard package. Major out-of-scope work — new pages, redesigns, custom features, complex integrations — may require separate pricing, agreed to before any work begins.
You will receive reasonable notice to update the payment method. If the payment remains unresolved, the site may be suspended until the account is brought current.
02 · Build Process
Build process
How the website gets made, what CrewBuilt needs from you, and when it goes live.
Your website will be ready within five business days after payment and completion of the required intake.
The clock starts after payment is received and the required intake is complete. It does not start on the day of payment alone.
No. No sales call is required. Everything runs through payment, the short intake, and a single preview round.
About five to ten minutes for most contractors. It asks for the essentials: business info, services, service area, hours, and how to reach you.
No. CrewBuilt writes practical, plain-English website copy based on your intake and available business information.
No. If you have a logo, CrewBuilt can use it. If you do not, a clean text-based wordmark is used instead.
No. Your own photos can be used if you have them. Otherwise, licensed stock imagery appropriate to your trade is used.
One structured revision opportunity during the preview round. It is designed to catch corrections and reasonable adjustments before launch.
If no response is received within the review window, CrewBuilt may launch the website using the submitted information so your site does not sit unused.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you submit. Corrections to inaccurate information can be handled through the standard update process after launch.
03 · Domain & Ownership
Domain and ownership
Domains, launch addresses, and what belongs to whom.
The website launches on a CrewBuilt-hosted address so you are not blocked. A custom domain can be registered and connected later.
No. Production does not wait for domain access. The site can launch first on a CrewBuilt-hosted address.
A domain registered in your name at your registrar is owned by you. CrewBuilt does not need to hold your domain.
Yes. It can launch on a CrewBuilt-hosted address and be pointed to your custom domain later.
Yes. CrewBuilt can provide clear instructions for the settings needed at your domain registrar to connect an existing domain.
Export or transfer is not automatically included. Where technically practical, it may be available for a separate fee. Underlying CrewBuilt systems, templates, and reusable components remain CrewBuilt property.

Leads and website features
How quote requests reach you and what the website is built to do.
When a customer submits a quote request, the submitted details are texted to the business owner's phone so they can respond quickly.
Multiple recipients may be supported, subject to the plan and reasonable technical limits.
Yes. A backup lead email is included so nothing gets lost if a text is missed.
Not in the initial standard package. The standard alerts route the lead to the business owner, not automated texts back to the customer.
Advanced booking systems are not included in the standard package.
Ecommerce is not included. CrewBuilt websites are built to generate quote requests and phone calls for local service work.
Basic technical and on-page SEO foundations are included — proper structure, titles, descriptions, mobile performance, and clear service and service-area content. Ongoing SEO campaigns and paid advertising are not.
No. CrewBuilt does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, or jobs. The website is built to present the business clearly and make contact easy.
Ongoing blogging and content marketing are not included in the Care Plan.
05 · Technical Management
Technical management
Who runs the systems behind the website.
No. CrewBuilt handles hosting under normal operation.
No. The lead-alert texting is part of the systems CrewBuilt manages.
No. Backup lead email delivery, form processing, and related systems are managed by CrewBuilt.
CrewBuilt does. Under normal operation, customers do not need to create or manage separate infrastructure accounts. That covers hosting, lead notifications, backup email delivery, form processing, security, and related systems.
Third-party services may occasionally experience outages. CrewBuilt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free third-party infrastructure and will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services promptly.
06 · Care Plan & Policies
Care Plan, cancellation, and policies
Small updates, what is out of scope, cancellation, refunds, and project fit.
Small updates typically include:
- Replacing a photo
- Correcting business information
- Changing hours
- Updating a phone number
- Editing a short text section
- Updating a listed service
Larger work is not part of the standard monthly Care Plan, including:
- New pages
- Redesigns
- Major rewrites
- Complex integrations
- Booking systems
- Ecommerce
- Custom software
- Unlimited revisions
- Unlimited monthly edits
Any of these may be quoted separately.
Cancellation ends hosting and operated services at the end of the paid billing period. Because the website depends on CrewBuilt-managed systems to run, ongoing website operation depends on an active Care Plan.
Detailed cancellation mechanics will be finalized during the checkout implementation. In practice, cancellation ends operated services at the end of the current paid billing period.
No refunds once production has materially begun, except where required by law.
Yes. CrewBuilt may decline projects that are not a fit for the service.
CrewBuilt does not accept, among others:
- Illegal businesses
- Deceptive businesses
- Unsafe or exploitative businesses
- Adult content
- Gambling
- Weapons-related businesses
- Other unsuitable projects
